- Nowa tabela user_blocks do przechowywania blokad
- Model UserBlock w database.py
- Sprawdzanie blokad przed wysłaniem wiadomości (messages_send, messages_reply)
- UI zarządzania blokadami w /settings/blocks
- Nawigacja między ustawieniami (prywatność, blokady, 2FA)
- Blokada działa w obie strony
