Link z listy tematów (forum/index, dashboard, strona główna) prowadzi teraz do kotwicy #reply-latest — wstawionej w topic.html tuż przed ostatnim widocznym replyem. scroll-margin-top:90px żeby sticky nav nie zasłaniał. Brak zmian w backendzie (anchor HTML, zero round-trip). Admin panele (forum_reports, forum_analytics, forum.html, forum_deleted) zostawiam — tam moderator ogląda temat od góry.
